About this Division:
Using Citrix GoToManage technology we are able to quickly and easily take over a clients computer to assist them through any technical issue they may be having.  For many years the only solutions were a stressful over the phone "describe what you see" nonsense or a costly onsite visit by one of our Advisors.  The service is of no charge to our business member clients and available to our traditional clients for standard hourly rates.  We do charge a monthly service fee to our client organizations who desire that we provide ongoing support to their users.
